Adobo with Farm Rice

The perfect adobo with farm rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Rice
  • 2 kg Pork shoulder
  • 6 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 Pc. Bay leaves
  • 0,5 Ta Soy sauce
  • 0,5 Ta Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 Ta Water
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
  1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and sear the meat. Add the garlic and fry for a minute. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper and water and bring to a boil. After 30 minutes, reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes until the pork is tender.
