Adobo with Farm Rice

- 500 g Rice
- 2 kg Pork shoulder
- 6 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 2 Pc. Bay leaves
- 0,5 Ta Soy sauce
- 0,5 Ta Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Ground pepper
- 1 Ta Water
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and sear the meat. Add the garlic and fry for a minute. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper and water and bring to a boil. After 30 minutes, reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes until the pork is tender.
