Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter
- 90 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- 150 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 7 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 50 g almond(s), ground
- 100 g dried, finely chopped fruits (figs, dates, candied lemon, candied orange)
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Knead a shortcrust pastry from butter, sugar, egg, lemon, flour, pudding powder, flavoring, and almonds, then knead in the fruit. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 8-10 minutes, then allow to cool slightly on the tray.
