Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 beef roulades
- 800 g minced meat, mixed
- 8 large gherkins
- 3 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- Mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the roulades on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush each roulade with mustard. Then spread 100g of minced meat on each roulade. Roll a cucumber into each roulade. Pin the roulades together with roulade pins or toothpicks to prevent them from unraveling. Sear the roulades vigorously on all sides in hot fat. Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry them briefly. Pour in water and simmer for at least 2 hours.
