Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 200 g peanut butter
- 2 small cans of tomato paste
- 500 g beef goulash
- 2 large onions
- 2 cubes of stock
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, brown the goulash. Next, add the finely chopped onions and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the thawed creamed spinach and continue simmering. For extra flavor, add two stock cubes! Finally, add the peanut butter and tomato paste, season with spices, and continue simmering for another 20 minutes, until the meat is tender. Serve with rice.
