Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 24 snails (Achatina snails)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 shot of brandy of your choice
- some oil for frying
- 1 sprig(s) basil as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan. Chop the onion and fry it in the oil until crisp. Then add the Achatina snails and fry for 3 minutes. Now add the sour cream and a dash of brandy. Let the whole thing simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat. Divide 12 snails between two appetizer plates and perhaps garnish with a small sprig of basil.
