Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ½ can kidney beans, approx. 200 g, drained
- ½ can corn kernels, approx. 200 g, drained
- 200 g ajvar
- 1 tbsp paprika paste
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Dice the onion and remaining vegetables, crush the garlic, and sauté in a little oil. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Then add water as needed, add the remaining ingredients, and let everything simmer for a good 30 minutes. Tip: The soup tastes even better if prepared the day before.
