Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g Camembert(s)
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 jar cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mash the Camembert with a fork and mix with 2 tablespoons of butter. Form into balls. Roll them in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry the balls in a pan with the remaining butter. Halve the pears, remove the cores, and briefly fry the cut sides. Place the hot cheese balls inside the pears and serve garnished with cranberries.
