Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 750 g potatoes
- 5 carrots
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 3 onions
- 1 liter of broth
- 200 g processed cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Season the ground meat with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and fry them in a large pot with a little oil until crumbly. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, and slice the leek into rings. Add everything to the meat and top up with the broth. Simmer over low heat for about 25-30 minutes. Then stir in the processed cheese (I sometimes double the amount), season sparingly with salt and pepper, and season with nutmeg. A quick and inexpensive lunch.
