Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 300 g almonds (ground)
  • 1 lemon(s), zest grated
  • Almond(s), whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix in almonds and lemon zest. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place an almond in the center of each ball. Bake at medium heat (180-200 degrees Celsius) until golden brown.
