Almond – Berry – Omelette
The perfect almond – berry – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Eggs
- 20 Milliliters Coffee cream 4% fat
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Xucker
- 2 tablespoon Ground almonds
- 2 tablespoon Rama Culinesse
- 1 tablespoon Chopped almonds
- Fresh raspberries
- Blueberries fresh
- Mix the eggs with the coffee cream, xucker and ground almonds.
- Melt rama in a pan. Put the egg mixture in the pan. Scatter chopped almonds on top. Spread the raspberries and blueberries on top and leave to set covered.
- Let the omelette slide onto a plate. If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
