Almond – Berry – Omelette

The perfect almond – berry – omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 20 Milliliters Coffee cream 4% fat
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Xucker
  • 2 tablespoon Ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Rama Culinesse
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Blueberries fresh
  1. Mix the eggs with the coffee cream, xucker and ground almonds.
  2. Melt rama in a pan. Put the egg mixture in the pan. Scatter chopped almonds on top. Spread the raspberries and blueberries on top and leave to set covered.
  3. Let the omelette slide onto a plate. If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
