Almond Biscuits
The perfect almond biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 120 g Ground almonds
- 140 g Sugar
- 4 Protein
- Currants
Variant 2
- Soluble coffee powder
- Melt the butter and stir in the ground almonds and sugar. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Now put the dough in small praline molds or biscuit molds. The dough must be baked for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C (golden brown)
With currants
- You can either fold in some currants or, as I did, drape 3-4 currants on top.
With espresso powder
- Carefully fold in the espresso powder and season to taste. The dough should still be slightly sweet, but taste like coffee. (how much can everyone decide for themselves;))
