Almond Bundt Cake with Sultanas

The perfect almond bundt cake with sultanas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 5 Free range eggs
  • 200 g Ground almonds
  • 200 g Sultanas
  • 200 g Sugar white
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar400
  • 400 g Flour
  • 150 Milliliters Milk
  • Powdered sugar
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the butter and stir everything well.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, almonds and salt well. Stir in the mixture in two portions. After the first serving, stir in the milk. Finally fold in the sultanas.
  3. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Place the cake in the (fan-assisted) oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes. (Chopsticks sample)
  4. After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin. Turn the cooled bundt cake out onto a cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
