Almond Bundt Cake with Sultanas
The perfect almond bundt cake with sultanas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Soft butter
- 5 Free range eggs
- 200 g Ground almonds
- 200 g Sultanas
- 200 g Sugar white
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar400
- 400 g Flour
- 150 Milliliters Milk
- Powdered sugar
- In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the butter and stir everything well.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, almonds and salt well. Stir in the mixture in two portions. After the first serving, stir in the milk. Finally fold in the sultanas.
- Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Place the cake in the (fan-assisted) oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes. (Chopsticks sample)
- After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin. Turn the cooled bundt cake out onto a cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
