Ingredients
 

  • 1 Glass Cherries for diabetics 370ml
  • 3 Eggs
  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g Diabetic cutie
  • 1 Tl Diabetic cutie
  • Salt
  • A few drops of bitter Almond ArimA
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • Cooking fat

Instructions
 

  • Drain the cherries well. Separate eggs. Mix the fat, 100 g diabetic sweetness, 1 pinch of salt and the bitter almond flavor until creamy. Stir in the egg yolks. Mix the almonds, flour and baking powder and stir in carefully.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Fold in the cherries as well.
