  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 100 g Flaked almonds
  • 8 El Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the softened butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Then we gradually stir in the eggs. Then we mix the flour with the baking powder and the salt in a bowl and stir the mixture into the mass. Now we line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the dough on it. Then we heat the milk in a saucepan, add the sugar and wait until it has dissolved, then we distribute the sugar-milk mixture on the dough. At the end we sprinkle the cake with the almond flakes and place it in the oven preheated to 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
