Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g honey
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 20 g candied lemon
- 20 g ginger, candied
- 2 g gingerbread spice
- 250 g flour, type 550
- 2 pinches of ammonium bicarbonate

with candied lemon and orange peel
Heat the butter with honey. Chop the candied lemon peel, ginger, and sugar in a food processor. Add the spices. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Make a dough with all the ingredients. Form two rolls with a diameter of about 2-3 cm. Refrigerate the rolls for a few hours. Cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Bake on baking paper at 180°C (convection oven) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
