Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp flour
- 500 ml milk substitute, e.g. B. Almond oat drink
- 65 g almond butter
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 20 g agave syrup
- 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
- Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Place the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer overnight. Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate sprinkles, until well blended. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker bowl and let it churn for 40 minutes. When the ice cream starts to firm up a bit, gradually add the chocolate sprinkles. When the consistency is right, the ice cream is ready to serve. Otherwise, let it churn a little longer. Tip: Freeze the rest of the mixture in the freezer and, if needed, remove it from the freezer 30 minutes before serving and let it thaw in the refrigerator to ensure the consistency is nice and soft. Tip: Vegans can omit the egg yolk, but this will make it creamier. For 6 servings, each serving has approximately 120 kcal.
