Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g ground almonds
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Metabolic
Combine all ingredients and finally mix in the baking powder. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little more water. Pour into a microwave-safe mug and heat in the microwave at 700 watts for about 2.5 minutes.
