Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, smooth
  • 175 g sugar
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp or
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g starch flour
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • n. B. Chocolate coating
  • possibly jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter until creamy, add the sugar and vanilla, and mix in. Beat in the egg and egg yolk. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and almonds, then stir in spoonfuls at a time. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe the cookies onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes, then immediately remove the cookies from the baking sheet. Cover with melted chocolate, if desired, or spread jam on each of the cookies, place them together, and then cover with the chocolate coating.
