Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Herbs, fresh (garden herbs)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Leave enough overhang so that the foil can be completely covered later. Place the chicken breasts side by side in the baking dish. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the breasts. Then place a strip of feta cheese on each fillet. Sprinkle all the herbs and spices over the fillets. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Feel free to use a little more; this will create a nice sauce. Once everything is in the dish, pull the ends of the aluminum foil up and fold them over to “wrap” the dish. Place in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Serve with a baguette.
