Almond Soup
The perfect almond soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Discs White bread (depending on the desired creaminess)
- 120 g Blanched almonds
- 1 Garlic cloves
- 750 ml Water
- 1 El Sherry vinegar
- 5 El Good olive oil
- Salt pepper
- For the owner of a high-performance mixer, the preparation is very easy. Put everything in the mixer, puree until creamy, cool for at least 3 hours.
- For those without a turbo machine: either chop the almonds very finely or grind them in the food processor. Tear up the bread and soak in the water. Finely chop the garlic. Then put everything in a blender or puree finely with the hand blender. Chill for 3 hours.
- Toppings: I opted for steamed Swiss chard (cooled). An alternative is a topping made from frozen grapes. Roasted almond slices or zucchini cubes would also be delicious.
