- 1 piece Diced potato
- 200 g Hakkaido pumpkin diced
- 1 piece Diced parsnips
- 1 piece Diced zucchin
- 1 piece Broccoli florets
- 1 piece Vegetable broth
- Almond cream
- Clean, peel and wash the vegetables, then dice them into small pieces. Put in a vegetable stock and cook. Finally add the zucchini and let it steep with the remaining heat.
- The whole thing goes into the blender and is pureed for a few seconds.
