Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g butter
- 70 g brown sugar
- 50 g honey
- 30 g brittle
- 200 g flour
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- ½ pkt. vanilla sugar
- 50 g cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Knead all ingredients, except the cake glaze, into a shortcrust pastry, wrap in foil, and chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick and cut into strips 5 cm long and 1 cm wide. Bake at 160°C for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, dip diagonally into the glaze.
