Almond Tray Cake
The perfect almond tray cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 300 g Sugar
- 23 g Baking powder
- 3 Pc. Egg
- 500 ml Buttermilk
- 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 75 g Sugar
- 200 g Almond flakes
- 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 2 dl Cream
- Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar well
- Add the flour and buttermilk and stir everything into a smooth mass
- Pour everything onto a tray
- Sprinkle sugar and vanilla sugar over the dough and spread the almond flakes over it
- Put the tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes
- Spread 2 dl cream on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes
- Tip 7: if you have leftover cake, you can cut it into pieces and freeze it
