Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 175 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
- 1 banana(s), ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the flour, baking powder, banana, egg, and cinnamon. Fold the walnuts into the batter and spoon about ten heaping pieces onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about ten minutes. The cookies should still be slightly soft when they come out of the oven. Let them cool completely on the parchment paper and then enjoy.
