Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 cl rum
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ⅛ liter coffee, boiled, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the egg yolks with the rum and sugar. Add the hot coffee and whisk everything together. Pour into mugs and serve hot.
