Ingredients
- 150 g Spelt flour
- 1 go.tsp Tartar baking powder
- 250 ml Plant-Based milk (rice or oat milk)
- 3 tbsp Rice syrup or agave syrup
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla flavor
- 1 tsp Orange zest
- 80 g Puffed amaranth
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Put the flour with the tartar baking powder in a bowl and mix. Add the milk and rice syrup and stir well and stir in the puffed amaranth.
- Now heat the pan (s) with a little coconut oil and fry the pancakes.
- These pancakes taste great with fresh fruit or whatever you like 🙂 Enjoy your meal
