Amaranth – Pancakes

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Spelt flour
  • 1 go.tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 250 ml Plant-Based milk (rice or oat milk)
  • 3 tbsp Rice syrup or agave syrup
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 80 g Puffed amaranth
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour with the tartar baking powder in a bowl and mix. Add the milk and rice syrup and stir well and stir in the puffed amaranth.
  • Now heat the pan (s) with a little coconut oil and fry the pancakes.
  • These pancakes taste great with fresh fruit or whatever you like 🙂 Enjoy your meal
