Crab Bread

The perfect crab bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh crabs with their shell
  • 4 Sch. Whole grain bread
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • Salt
  • Butter
  1. Pulp the crabs carefully. The head and back of the crab are each held between two fingers, the shell is bent in the middle and pulled off on both sides with a twisting motion. About 1/3 of the crab meat remains from 500 g of North Sea prawns. Brush wholemeal bread with butter and cover each of 2 slices with half of the crab meat. Fry the fried eggs, season with salt, place on top of the crabs and serve.
