Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 360 g wheat flour type 405
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Beat the softened butter with both types of sugar for several minutes until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and eggs and mix briefly. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, add to the egg and butter mixture, and mix to form a dough. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, add approximately 180g of the chocolate chips to the batter. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan/convection oven). Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Divide the dough into approximately 12 balls and divide them between the two baking sheets. Distribute the remaining chocolate chips over the dough balls and then bake for approximately 12 minutes. Tip: Spread the dough as far apart as possible between the baking sheets, as the cookies will spread.
