Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) of bread, any brown bread or 1 sandwich roll
  • 3 slice(s) cooked ham or turkey slices
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Emmental or Gouda), medium-aged
  • 6 slice(s) of gherkin(s)
  • 2 slice(s) tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 slice(s) onion(s), optional
  • n. E. Chips, potato, fluted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

unusual, but really great!

Spread mayonnaise on the slices of bread. Top one slice with ham, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, and optionally onions. Distribute as many potato chips as will fit on the slice, and place the second slice on top. Squeeze slightly before eating. Have a napkin ready!
