Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 200 g cheese (Emmental)
- 2 gherkins
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
- 1 apple
- 125 g natural yogurt
- 125 ml water, warm
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp horseradish, cream
- Dill, fresh, finely chopped
- salt and pepper

Cheese salad with peppers
Finely dice the cheese, vegetables, and apple and place them in a large bowl. For the dressing, combine the yogurt, water, sour cream, horseradish, and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
