Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potato(s), waxy
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 bunch parsley, fresh
- 1 bunch dill, fresh
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- Salt
- Oil, neutral
Instructions

delicious and light with fresh herbs – without mayonnaise
Boil the potatoes. Peel and let cool. Then cut into small cubes and place in a bowl. Peel or trim the onions and spring onions and slice into thin rings. Wash, dry, and finely chop the herbs. Add everything to the potatoes. Add the lemon juice, oil, and salt and mix everything gently and thoroughly. Season to taste and add more salt and lemon juice if necessary. Delicious and light as a summer barbecue side dish.
