Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of anchovies
  • ½ pack of pureed tomatoes, or approx. 250 ml
  • ½ red pointed pepper
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • some parsley, fresh
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

As a sauce for pasta

Finely chop the garlic, onion, and parsley, and cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Drain the canned fish. Sauté the garlic and onion in a little olive oil. Then briefly fry the bell pepper. Deglaze everything with the passata, add the parsley and anchovies, and mix well, breaking up the fish. Simmer for at least 10 minutes. While the sauce is simmering, there’s plenty of time to cook the pasta.
