Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 150 ml syrup (caramel syrup)
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with bitter almond flavor

Peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. Combine the caramel syrup, vanilla sugar, a little lemon juice, and apple pieces in a saucepan and cook until all the apple pieces are soft. Then puree with a hand blender and fill into clean twist-off jars.
