Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg plum(s)
- 100 ml plum wine
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch of spice mix (plum jam spice)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
delicious with ice cream or yogurt
Wash and pit the plums. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the plums are soft. Purée the plum mixture with a hand blender. Pour the plum jam into jars. It tastes great with ice cream or yogurt. I freeze the jars, as they keep longer that way. You could also boil the jam. This yields 5 jars of 200 g each, plus a small amount for tasting.
