Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g sugar
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Mix the milk and water and heat. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk-water mixture and set aside. Sift the flour, sugar, and salt together. Knead in the butter, then add the egg and yeast mixture and knead for another 10 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for 1.5 hours. Roll out the dough and spread my nut filling on it. Roll up, fold in half, twist tightly, and place in a loaf pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Now bake at 160°C for approximately 30-35 minutes.
