Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g butter, soft
  • 220 g flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • Jelly, of your choice
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the first 6 ingredients and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Roll out and cut out shapes in 3 different sizes, cutting out a mini shape from the smallest size. Bake at 160°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, heat the jelly to make it spreadable. Spread the jelly over the largest piece, place the middle piece on top, then spread the jelly over the smallest piece. Dust with powdered sugar.
