Andrea’s Mustard Celebration

The perfect andrea’s mustard celebration recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 6 piece Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 5 teaspoon Flour
  • 4 tablespoon Medium hot mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut once in the middle and cook in salted water for 20 minutes. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice from one half.
  3. Bring a small pot of water to the boil and add the eggs – cook for 10 minutes. Now take out the eggs, rinse and put aside.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour while stirring constantly.
  5. Now pour in the milk in batches, stirring constantly. Note: even if the sauce is still liquid at first, don’t worry – it will thicken. 🙂 Take the saucepan off the flame and stir in the mustard, lemon juice and sugar. Season to taste (if you like it spicier, you can add a little pepper) and briefly bring to the boil again.
  6. Now free the eggs from the shell. Arrange the potatoes and eggs on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Good Appetite
