Andrea’s Mustard Celebration
The perfect andrea’s mustard celebration recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Eggs
- 6 piece Potatoes
- 2 teaspoon Butter
- 5 teaspoon Flour
- 4 tablespoon Medium hot mustard
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 500 ml Milk
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Peel the potatoes, cut once in the middle and cook in salted water for 20 minutes. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice from one half.
- Bring a small pot of water to the boil and add the eggs – cook for 10 minutes. Now take out the eggs, rinse and put aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour while stirring constantly.
- Now pour in the milk in batches, stirring constantly. Note: even if the sauce is still liquid at first, don’t worry – it will thicken. 🙂 Take the saucepan off the flame and stir in the mustard, lemon juice and sugar. Season to taste (if you like it spicier, you can add a little pepper) and briefly bring to the boil again.
- Now free the eggs from the shell. Arrange the potatoes and eggs on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Good Appetite
