Pointed Cabbage – Mustard – Vegetables

The perfect pointed cabbage – mustard – vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Grainy mustard
  • 1 tbsp Medium hot mustard
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  1. Remove the stalk and cut the cabbage into strips approx. 2 approx.
  2. Fry the ham cubes in a dry pan until crispy and set aside.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and pointed cabbage in it.
  5. Season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar.
  6. Dust with flour, pour in the stock and cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.
  7. Stir the mustard and diced ham into the pointed cabbage.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
  9. There was also fried salmon fillet.
