Ingredients
- 500 g Cabbage
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 cups Cream
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp Medium hot mustard
- Salt pepper
- 150 g Ham cubes
Instructions
- Remove the stalk and cut the cabbage into strips approx. 2 approx.
- Fry the ham cubes in a dry pan until crispy and set aside.
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and pointed cabbage in it.
- Season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar.
- Dust with flour, pour in the stock and cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Stir the mustard and diced ham into the pointed cabbage.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
- There was also fried salmon fillet.
