Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 80 g margarine
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- ½ tbsp salt
- 80 ml water
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp cream, sour
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ bunch spring onions, chopped
- ½ bunch chives, chopped
- Grated cheese, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare a smooth dough from the dough ingredients and roll it out thinly on a floured surface. Cut out 11 cm diameter circles and line a greased muffin tin. For the filling, combine all ingredients (except the grated cheese) and chill for about 1 hour. Then fill the dough holes with the filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the filling is set. Tip: You can also add some rendered ham to the filling.
