Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 180 g sugar
- 1 tsp anise, ground
- Jam (cherry)
- Nutella
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat the egg whites until very foamy. Add the sugar and continue beating. Briefly fold in the lemon juice and anise. Fill a piping bag with a small nozzle and pipe very small dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 120°C for about 35 minutes. Let cool. Then arrange two cookies each with Nutella and two each with jam.
