Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400g penne
  • 300 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water. Drain and let it drain. Bring the milk and cream to a boil and reduce by 1/3. Add the cream cheese a spoonful at a time and dissolve. Add the Emmental cheese and let it melt. Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add the pasta to the sauce, stir, and pour into a baking dish. Bake in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
