Annika's quick favorite soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast or chicken breast, approx. 400 – 600 g, organic
  • 3 tbsp vegetable stock powder, light, yeast-free, from which cook 2 liters of stock
  • 900 g soup vegetables 2 packs of 450 g each (Natural cool, Demeter)
  • 125 g pasta (alphabet pasta)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and dry the meat, then chop or dice it. Bring the broth to a boil, add the vegetables and meat, and season with pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the noodles and simmer for another 4 minutes. Season the soup to taste.
