Ingredients
 

  • 180 g Wed noodles
  • Salt
  • 200 g Red peppers
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 100 g Leek
  • 180 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 125 g Red Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 g Chopped ginger
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 7 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 7 tbsp Sweet and hot chili sauce
  • 100 g Pineapple pieces from the can
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil

Instructions
 

  • Put the pasta in boiling salted water. Remove from heat and cook for about 5 minutes, then drain.
  • In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Ginger peel and finely chop. Peel the onions and cut into thin wedges. Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash. Remove the peppers from the white dividers and cut into thin strips. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Cut the oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces.
  • Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat in it for 3 minutes, turning. Briefly sauté the garlic, ginger and onion in the frying fat. Fry the leek, mushrooms, peppers and carrots. Deglaze with soy sauce and chili sauce. Add the pasta and pineapple to the pan and fold in.
