Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 Chilli pepper green
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp Five Spice Powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil
  • Flour

Instructions
 

  • It is best to take the spaghetti from the day before, otherwise prepare according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Cut the chicken breast into pieces and season with the Five Spice Powder and then turn in the flour. Let the oil get very hot in a wok and fry the chicken pieces until crispy and take them out again.
  • In the meantime, cut the mushrooms, spring onions and chillies into slices. Put the mushrooms and half of the chilli in the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil and add the spaghetti and toss. Fry briefly over high heat, swirling frequently.
  • Add the spring onion and chicken pieces and toss briefly. - Finished
  • Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining chili slices and serve
