Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Fresh chicken breast
- 150 g Mushrooms brown
- 4 Spring onions
- 1 Chilli pepper green
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 tsp Five Spice Powder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- Vegetable oil
- Flour
Instructions
- It is best to take the spaghetti from the day before, otherwise prepare according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces and season with the Five Spice Powder and then turn in the flour. Let the oil get very hot in a wok and fry the chicken pieces until crispy and take them out again.
- In the meantime, cut the mushrooms, spring onions and chillies into slices. Put the mushrooms and half of the chilli in the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil and add the spaghetti and toss. Fry briefly over high heat, swirling frequently.
- Add the spring onion and chicken pieces and toss briefly. - Finished
- Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining chili slices and serve
