Asian Style Fried Noodles

The perfect asian style fried noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 4 piece Spring onions
  • 1 piece Chilli pepper green
  • 1 piece Red chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil
  • Flour
  1. It is best to take the spaghetti from the day before, otherwise prepare according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and season with the Five Spice Powder and then turn in the flour. Let the oil get very hot in a wok and fry the chicken pieces until crispy and take them out again.
  3. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms, spring onions and chillies into slices. Put the mushrooms and half of the chilli in the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil and add the spaghetti and toss. Fry briefly over high heat, swirling frequently.
  4. Add the spring onion and chicken pieces and toss briefly. – Finished
  5. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining chili slices and serve
