Annis Bifteki from Grill

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 0,5 Old rolls soaked in water
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Fennel seed powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 100 g Feta
  1. Soak the rolls in cold water. Squeeze out the bread, peel the onions and garlic, dice finely. Knead the mince, egg, onions, garlic and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, fennel, cumin and oregano. Cut the feta into 5 pieces. Shape approx. 5 oval small minced meat steaks, always rolling a piece of feta in the middle. Grill the minced steaks on the hot grill, turning for approx. 15-20 times. Of course, the Biftekis can also be fried in the pan. They taste warm and cold.
