Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (spelt pasta)
  • salt water
  • 1 pack of vegetables of your choice (frozen)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water for about 6 minutes until al dente and transfer to a casserole dish. Thaw the vegetables in the pot. Blend the tomatoes and spices in a blender and add to the vegetables. Spread the cooked vegetables over the pasta. Finally, add the hollandaise sauce and then the cheese to the casserole. Cook for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
