Antonia's fine mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the shallot, garlic cloves, and cleaned mushrooms. Sauté in butter, add the cream, and simmer over high heat, stirring continuously, until a creamy sauce forms. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the chopped parsley.
