Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 zucchini (approx. 350 g)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 pack of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil and stir-fry the meat, onion, and garlic until browned and crumbly. Add the zucchini, tomatoes, and rosemary, bring to a boil, and simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
