Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml sparkling wine, dry
- 100 ml Aperol
- 1 lemon(s)
- 75 ml orange juice
- 3 dashes sweetener or sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes
Freeze a shallow metal mold for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all ingredients and sweeten with sweetener, or sugar if desired. Pour everything into the mold and freeze for 2 hours. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes. Repeat this step until you have small frozen crystals. Finally, pour the granita into a smaller mold.
