For the batter: Beat eggs until frothy, add sugar and continue beating. Fold in yogurt and oil. Mix flour and baking powder, sift in, and stir in. Wash, peel, core, and dice 2 apples, and fold into the batter. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For the topping: Wash, peel, quarter, and core the apples, cut them into fan-shaped slices (do not cut all the way through), and place them on the batter, pressing in slightly. Mix the quark with the pudding powder, icing sugar, and eggs. Place the mixture in a freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Pipe the cream around the apples, sprinkle with almonds and sugar, and bake at 150°C (fan oven) for about 40 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar.
